Villa Pollio Capri

The Pollio lived here all together, in the garden next to were bred animals for the family butcher’s shop, on the ground floor there was the workshop. On the terrace overlooking the town square women embroidered and chatted. Today the new generation has decided to open the doors of the house by transforming Villa Pollio into a cozy guest-house in the center of Anacapri. Five rooms named after the Pollio brothers: Gisa, Liberato, Clara, Ottavio and Michele. All renovated and furnished in 2017. To welcome guests the smile of Roberta and the sympathy of Fabio, ready to suggest the best itineraries, restaurants and beaches for a relaxing holiday in perfect "anacaprese" style. Everything at your fingertips The villa is located in Piazza Cerio, right in the center of Anacapri, close to all means of transport, shops, bars and restaurants. Two rooms have a private terrace, while the others can use a lovely shared terrace with views of the square. At guests' disposal there are mini-bars and kettles. Shops, restaurants and bars are all just a stone’s throw away (including the historic grocery store of Papa Liberato): you can move comfortably on foot and use the small local buses to reach the Piazzetta di Capri, the Grotta Azzurra, the lighthouse and the beaches.
