Villa Pollio Capri

Ospiti di un'antica casa di famiglia Villa Pollio per tanto tempo è stata la casa di famiglia di una delle storiche famiglie anacapresi. I Pollio vivevano qui tutti insieme, nel giardino accanto venivano allevati gli animali destinati alla macelleria di famiglia, al piano terra c'era la bottega. Sul terrazzo affacciato sulla piazza del paese le donne ricamavano e chiacchieravano. Oggi la nuova generazione ha deciso di aprire le porte di casa trasformando Villa Pollio in un'accogliente guest-house al centro di Anacapri. Cinque camere chiamate come i fratelli Pollio: Gisa, Liberato, Clara, Ottavio e Michele. Tutte ristrutturate e arredate nel 2017. Ad accogliere gli ospiti il sorriso di Roberta e la simpatia di Fabio, pronti a suggerire i migliori itinerari, ristoranti e spiagge per una rilassante vacanza in perfetto stile "anacaprese". Tutto a portata di mano La villa si trova a Piazza Cerio, proprio al centro di Anacapri, vicinissimo quindi a tutti i mezzi di trasporto, negozi, bar e ristoranti. Due camere hanno un terrazzo privato, mentre le altre possono usare un delizioso terrazzino comune con vista sulla piazza. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono frigobar e bollitori. Negozi, ristoranti e bar sono tutti a due passi (compresa la storica bottega di alimentari del papà Liberato): potrai muoverti comodamente a piedi e usare i piccoli autobus locali per raggiungere la Piazzetta di Capri, la Grotta Azzurra, Il faro e le spiagge. Insomma, tutto quello che serve per una vacanza "stress free"!

How To Find Us

Villa Pollio is located in the central Piazza Edwin Cerio, along the pedestrian Via Giuseppe Orlandi. The taxi stand and bus stop are both located at the post office along Viale Tommaso de Tommaso, the parallel street open to traffic which is just a few meters away from Villa Pollio by a cross street. Taxi At the port, you will see a line of traditional open-top island taxis. The fixed fare from Marina Grande to Anacapri is around €40. Ask the driver to leave you at “Paradiso” (opposite the post office on Viale Tommaso de Tommaso). Take the small cross street to Via Giuseppe Orlandi, turn right, and in just seconds you'll be at Villa Pollio. By Bus In Marina Grande there are buses that go directly to Anacapri. You can purchase a ticket at Marina Grande for €2,40 and there is a sucharge for luggage. Buses on the island are very small to fit the narrow roads, so often there is a long line to board and all the seats will be taken. If you can, try to sit on the right side of the bus for the best views! Don't get off at the main stop when the driver announces Anacapri, but two stops further (stop is on request) opposite the post office,the Paradiso stop. Once you get off, follow the small cross street to Via Giuseppe Orlandi and turn right (House Number 247).Villa Pollio is just ahead.
